Tnx** A: You might try ACE or hardware store that has those lengths of clear plastic hoses and cut it for the proper length. However I'm not sure if it would slip over the metal tip of the JackTight. You might try electric tape and cut it to the correct length that matches the rubber insert and wrap it around several times to achieve the correct diameter of the rubber insert. Alternately just get a 1/4 inch dowel and insert it in to the jack and then tilt the dowel a bit. That would keep the inside of the jack from turning. If it's too loose and keeps turning wrap a bit of electric tape on the tip of the dowel to prevent the inside from turning. Good luck to you,...larry **Q: Has anyone tried this on the fat endpin jacks that Epiphone and Gibson use nowadays?** A: I used it on my J-45. It grips the inside of the Jack very well. Once you have that in hand you can spin off the the big outside cover and tighten the nut with the included wrench. If you're having issues, go to a local Guitar Center and have them look at it.
