Two things that did stand out when reading the studies - FISH sourced collagen supplements had the best outcomes, and the use of supplemental collagen must be long term (6mo+). So, this should be an interesting test. I'm in my 50s and definitely notice drier skin/hair, and joint pain/decrease mobility. I eat very little animal product, but do eat mostly fresh vegetables & fruit. My animal protein sources is mainly turkey and fish products. But, I don't eat them daily. I'm not a smoker. I mixed one full scoop in with my coffee w/oat milk. It dissolved well (see pic) No smell. No taste issues. It stayed pretty well dissolved as I drank my coffee slowly (didn't clump at the bottom). 30 minutes into the first gulp and no stomach issues yet, but It's also not all the way through.
