I use castor oil when my knee acts up and when I came across this balm, I thought I would try it on my ankle and foot. It's been 3 days that I have applied it to those areas before bedtime and it is definitely making a difference. You don't need much and the frankincense oil penetrates very nicely. It has a menthol scent to it which I like.
