I tend to brew chamomile at near boiling temp and let it sit for 7 minutes. This tea came out tasting great and helped with falling sleep. This is properly malty like a good beer. I brewed it in 3 minutes at 190F., one and a half teaspoons per 8 oz. It's so smooth, and the perfect balance of astringency and sweetness. You definitely have to try this! Really great value for the size also. The color is really beautiful as you can see from my photo. The caffeine feels decent, more than my oolongs. The smell is great and malty also and I love that the bag is resealable. It's a generous amount for the price and definitely the best English Breakfast. I finally understand why people like this type of tea. I usually take milk with my breakfast tea, but I don't even need milk with this.
