It is easy to ride, has 8 settings for difficulty, and has 3 height adjustments. I especially like the arm workout bands that swivel out in all directions for a good arm workout while you are pedaling. It can be folded up and wheeled out of the way. My previous bike was a Proform and very heavy and hard to pedal. This one is very quiet and is good workout for me and I am in my 70’s!
