One day later the response is pretty impressive - there is usually not even any residual redness in the skin adjacent to the wound, and granulation is already starting. After using it, I read the science on the use of oxygen in oils for antimicrobial and wound healing, and that science is extremely supportive. A product like this should have been out a long time ago. Anyway, really cool - I highly recommend it as a first aid ointment. Wish this were out 30 years ago!
Review: Need too often to not go natural! - I'm clumsy and constantly needing some antibiotic ointment for some cut, abraision, etc. This stuff works great -helps heal stuff other products did not -and I don't have any worries because it is all natural. Most people won't use as much as I do, so it is definitely worth the money. It smells a bit weird, but not strong -and can get a bit runny when warm, but stays where you need it.

**Q: What is the shelf life?  and what molecule in it does the effect based on actual science? my own experience and reading is that "homeopathy" is a lie.**
A: The first time I bought this the expiration date was 3 years out. So at least 3 years. HOWEVER… this seller sent me old product this time that expires in just a few months. Not the product fault..the sellers. The one sent to me had obviously been sitting on their shelf. Legally he could sell it because it did not yet expire. But I will never use this before it expires .  I will Avoid this seller.

**Q: This contains "oxygenated olive oil". Wouldn't oxygenating it make it go rancid quickly? Does it smell bad?**
A: Thank you for the question. Our process causes oxygen to bond with the unsaturated fats in organic virgin olive oil.  This oxidation transforms the oil from a pure virgin oil to an ointment that has been tested to be effective throughout its three year shelf life. As for the smell, we have added a signature blend of all-natural essential oils to create a fresh scent.

I've developed an allergy to Neosporin. This product (which is all natural and made in Italy not China) works even better at preventing infection and promoting healing. I have a skin condition that can cause open wounds and Curoxen has been very effective.
