I now workout most mornings. The bands cover a big range, from very light to heavy resistance. The high point is the bar - quality construction. The bearing surfaces that the rings are attached to spin freely even with the heaviest loads. My other less expensive bar tends to bind when I put heavier bands on it. ### ⭐⭐ Don't last *by B***R on July 19, 2025* I used these bands along with free weights.
