Printed/fabric same on both sides/reversible. This one is perfect for the winter months I intend to use it. It is a true queen size and fully covers my queen size bed. The scalloped edges give it extra class. (I've ordered some other quilts that have been somewhat disappointing due to feeling too lightweight and/or would better fit a full size bed).
