Review: Certainly catches mosquitos - Wow! We had a mosquito outbreak once the heavy rain period ended last week. Sitting on our lanai in the evening became impossible for all the bites and buzzing. The day this trap arrived I plugged it in and set on the lanai table. The next morning there must have been twenty mosquitos in there and several small moths. I was hoping it would catch house flies but that hasn't happened yet. KB

I think this STEM Flying Insect Fan Trap is actually a really great product overall. It really does work and has helped me keep my house much more free from flying insects, which has made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort. It’s easy to use, runs quietly, and I like that it’s a cleaner alternative compared to sprays. It does a good job controlling bugs indoors, and I’ve definitely noticed fewer flying insects since using it. That said, I do think it’s a little on the pricier side, which is why I’m taking off one star. The replacement filters can also be pretty expensive, so that’s something to keep in mind long term. Overall, even with the cost, it still works well and does what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance way to manage flying insects indoors, this is a solid option.
