Because for what I used it for it was great and Look really good, and smelled good but it was messy for having it for 2 hours. I have long curly hair, so it was easy to apply it with Damped hair let it dry on it own or blow dry it than dry hair in my opinion. It does have residue so don't touch hair and it will get on clothes be aware of that. Good thing it is washable. The one jar was sharable and depending how much you want on. It was fun last minute Halloween hair color easy to wash it off your hair.
