The material is very soft and very comfortable. Also the space for the ears is very good, something I cannot say about other brands I have used. Overall, this is very comfortable and durable. I've only worn it one night, but am quite pleased with it. The lines on my face were negligible. The design is great but may take some adjusting as I figure out the tension needed to keep my mouth closed when I sleep. This chin strap was 1/3 the price of what I was being charged by a medical supply company. Because I’m a mouth breather, I started with a full face mask that was recommended. Didn’t work. Then I got a nasal pillow which I thought would be better. It is better…but trying to remember to keep my mouth closed was an issue. I wore this with my mask for the first time last night and I think it might be the game changer I was hoping for.
