The box holder has spring steel tongs so that you can adjust them to adjust for smaller boxes of gloves. The nitrile gloves are smaller boxes and they fit awkwardly into the holder. The spring steel does help keep the box into place. What i did was take a bunch of the gloves out and separate them from each other and then jamb them back into the box so they are easily accessible. If you don't do this, the glove box wants to go will nilly into the holder.
