Tastes like a pita with gluten. The flavor is good. They are a little small, so you have to be careful not to overstuff them, or the pita starts to tear and come apart. If you have been gluten free as long as I have - 26 yrs - you would realize how delicious the pita bread is - taste sooo good. Also the pita bread after heating it holds its shape & is perfect texture. I have been able to fill it up with sandwich ingredients the pita bread holds all ingredients & easy to eat. I love the pita bread & can hardly believe it is gluten free. I will continue to buy this product as long as it is available. So lucky I tried pita bread I believe it is worth every penny
