They do seem to run wide, you can adjust the strap but I have wide feet and they stretch out and I have to readjust the strap often. The soles are slippery so is the footbed. If you are wearing socks feet slide up since the fuzzy fabric is slippery. They were slippery on wood floors the first few days until they are worn more and the sole gets some traction. More support and comfort for flat feet than regular slippers. They do feel stiff and the sole is hard.
