It is a fine olive oil. Too expensive of course. Wish it and all the other gourmet olive oils were about $10 cheaper. I keep it on the countertop and do a shot or 2 every day so I get to savor its' flavor without any food or other tastes. I do indeed like it better than most. It has a decent amount of olive particles which is where it gets it higher nutrient profile from. They do proclaim on the label pesticide free which is huge. If you are taking olive oil for your health, I recommend this one.
