However, after I passed the learning curve I began to like them, a lot. As you may know, bands must be replaced after eating but also periodically throughout the day, as they stretch out. These bands actually break when they get worn out, which is a good indication you needed to change them anyway. Now I really like them. Make sure your fingers are dry if you’re using fingers to apply them.
