I think this did come with a Plastic and Metal Gear Servo along with the little pieces to function correctly. Good buy. Get the Pixy Cam2 with this. It's worth it. Easy to follow assembly directions at their online wiki site. But there's too much vibration when panning (left and right). Followed the troubleshooting steps but yet to figure out the cause. Could be servo issues. Something to think about or research before buying. It's expensive for my budget. Update: I followed the wiki documentation and it turned out the cable that came with the Pixy was the problem. I replaced it with the one with better shielding. I used the one from my PS4 and the servo vibration went away.
