Famous for its soft, easy to eat texture, shiny finish, homemade caramel taste and rich color - this caramel makes perfect caramel apples every time! When making caramel apples, we suggest using Granny Smith. The intense caramel flavor of our Apple Dipping Caramel compliments the tartness of a Granny Smith apple perfectly. The 15 Apple Kit includes: One -20oz Daffy Farms Traditional Dipping Caramel container; 0.75lb bag of chopped peanuts and 15 -4.5" wooden sticks. Directions: Remove caramel from container and place in a microwave safe container, preferably glass. Place in microwave on low power and heat to 180 degrees. Dip clean fresh apples into hot red caramel and allow excess caramel to drop off by shaking aggressively or using the tines of a fork to remove excess. Immediately roll coated apple in your favorite topping. Caramel can also be placed in a hot water bath to keep warm. Apples stay fresh for 14 days under low-humidity refrigeration.
