Ingredients Sugar, Acids (Sodium Diacetate, Malic Acid), Salt, Starch, Dried Mint (3.6%), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Dried Tomato, Natural Flavourings (Contains Soya, Wheat, Barley), Colour (Paprika Extract), Ginger, Barley Malt Extract, Natural Garden Mint Flavouring. Directions Lightly moisten the meat/veg in a bowl. Firmly press the coater on to the meat/veg. Leave for 10 minutes. Oven bake, bbq, grill or stir fry. Enjoy! **Q: Can you tell me if the garden mint is gluten free please?**
A: Gluten is a protein found in grain(especially wheat). Mint is gluten free but I don't know all the ingredients of this marinade

**Q: What is the expiry on these?**
A: I ordered these within the last month and the best before date was end of Aug 2023.

**Q: Could this be used as an ingredient in a meal in place of mint leaves?**
A: Yes absolutely if this is used as a marinade. It can also just be rubbed on the food before cooking

**Q: Can this be halved or even quartered and the rest left for another day. There’s only me so a full packet would be wasted.**
A: I Frequently use this and if I don't use a whole pkt I fold over and put a clip on it and store in a sealed bag or container.
