Review: My Best Computer Related Buy This Month. - I have an old 15” Lenovo Thinkpad with a badly aged top cover, and bought the plain black version of this vinyl cover on a whim: it was completely worth it to not feel gross each time I pick the poor old machine up. After cleaning as suggested, I was able to get the vinyl skin on my laptop with only a few false starts — the skin is fairly forgiving, as it’s sticking impeccably even after I peeled it back and re-stuck it a couple times. I did have to trim the edge slightly as the skin is slightly larger than my thinkpad’s top (about a half inch), but it’s still a much better fit than I expected for under $10. I got it today and bought a second skin for any potential future repairs, if needed.
Review: Very sleek - Nice leg skin. My husband bought it so he can put stickers on his laptop without having to put a bunch of different ones so the skin really helped.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would I be able to apply a decal to the blank skin?**
A: Sure. It is just like any other vinyl wrap. So putting on a decal should be simple

It will be difficult to remove the decal from the vinyl wrap once applied however —depending on the quality of the decal.

Nice leg skin. My husband bought it so he can put stickers on his laptop without having to put a bunch of different ones so the skin really helped.

### ⭐ Waste of money.
*by T***E on May 17, 2025*

It only came a top piece. The add seems to cover more. Also the size is way bigger than it needs to be. Once you try and trim even w a utility knife and straight edge. The finish doesn’t look good at all Last - the sticker itself doesn’t stick well. Had it on an hour now and it’s peeling at edges. Looks terrible. Removed and threw it away.
