It only has plain white paper on both sides of it. It holds very well to a clean surface. **Q: Can you have more then one of these on a system?** A: Yes you can. We have two, they both work with our six alarms. **Q: Will the x sense remote control work with all x sense detectors?** A: No. Only certain models are pairable with the remote button. Be sure to confirm with the manufacturer’s website for compatibility. **Q: Is this compatible with any X-sense wired detectors? We want to hardwire a smoke detectors on a high ceiling and use the remote to test/silence it.** A: All I can say is that the remote worked just fine with the battery smoke detectors.
