**Q: Will it work on 240volts? I am from New Zealand!**
A: It does not appear to have any sort of voltage regulator, so no.  My experience with such things in Asia is that the 120v heating elements can easily overload and burn out.  Look for a unit made for 220/240.  Good luck!
