Review: easy to use - works good
Review: Only lasted 15 months but warranty honored quickly. - This only lasted for 15 months. As it was warming up the "High" light would start blinking and would not heat. After re-plugging it in it would start to warm and then the same thing happened. The description says they offer a five-year warranty so I contacted the seller and described the problem. After a few exchanges they honored the warranty and am sending me a replacement. So, I was disappointed that the product didn't work for that long, but very impressed with their quick response.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Well
*by N***R on 8 November 2025*

The heating pad works well and I like the low to high heat settings. I think the electric cord is very stiff but it may loosen up in time.
