They dramatically lift and point everything straight forward. I was surprised when I first pulled them on. My junk was formed into sort of a cone that stuck straight out from my body. It looked like I was smuggling a rocket in my underwear. They were crazy comfortable. It felt like my boys were floating. But it’s just not something I’m comfortable wearing. It’s not a criticism. These are by far the most comfortable pair of underwear (and in particular the pouch style underwear) I’ve ever worn and they even have the amazing V Fly to boot! I’m no longer crushed and uncomfortable all day. They are lightweight and breathable and give me just the right amount of support but also letting me “hang” naturally. The waistband stays put and doesn’t roll, and the overall quality of the product seems especially high for the price. The problem is that they really are bulge enhancing. There is no sense of modesty about them to the point I felt uncomfortable wearing them in the locker room. Additionally, because the cut of the pouch pushes things forward and are bulge enhancing, if the pants you’re wearing don’t have thick fabric on them, the bulge is far too noticeable.
