Not only does it look the part, but the fact that the sofas come pre-assembled minimises the assembly needed, which is a big bonus over other sets. Secondly, Club Rattan's customer service has been excellent. We have contacted them twice to ask a question and rearrange the delivery date, and the staff have always been very helpful and replied straight away. We did a lot of research before buying this set, as lots of suppliers seem to have numerous bad reviews but Club Rattan had an excellent rating, so we went with them and they did not disappoint. A great furniture set from a great company. Plans changed on delivery day so we were not at home for a few hours, luckily it didn't arrive until the afternoon anyway but had to check on with warehouse a few times and they were very helpful with each call.Would highly recommend.
