Review: Great laptop for the price - This laptop is amazing but sadly mine is having a Bluetooth issue as well. I’ve contacted thunderbolt support to see if the will fix it since it’s new because windows support states it’s a hardware issue
Review: Thieves and scammers - SCAM. DO NOT BUY. This is a Chinese dropshipping company (from what I can find online); they have zero real infrastructure in the states, no customer support, and no way to redeem the warranty for the product you're buying. I bought this cheap garbage and within six months, the RAM was fried. I have been trying for FOUR months to find someone to honor this warranty. The insurance you buy for the product won't cover the product until the manufacturer warranty expires; they have to put they offer a warranty to sell electronics on desertcart. So they just put a year warranty, with no real intention or company infrastructure to honor it. So, pay for TWO warranties, can't claim either, cheap Chinese company gets away with it, desertcart gets away with it, and you're out $2k.

On office mode its slow af, on game mode it runs good, on performance its good af. On steam downloading a 23GB game on office its +30mins but on performance its 2-5mins As for Bluetooth I have Bose Quiet and never had an issue like im getting with this laptop it disconnects and reconnects every second changing from connected to disconnected so literally best bet is aux port or usb
