I have switched to bluetooth connection without the dongle, and have had flawless connection (it'll also save battery in a long run as bluetooth is low powered/lower polling rate). Overall, this keyboard punches way above it's class when it comes to price to what you get (when compared to the market). The aluminium casing is very nice to the touch as well.
