**Q: Will this be too big for a 1st or 2nd grade boy?**
A: Hi. I purchased 2 of these (for a 5th &10 grader) because they look big enough. They are not big at all and I have to return them. The picture makes the item look bigger then it is.  Would be a good size for K-2,  but beware, a bulky lucnhbox will not fit without stretching out the backpack.

**Q: For the steel color, what color is the inside of the bag?**
A: gray, plastic cloth divider, the back is doubled lined. color on outside, gray on the inside.

**Q: This backpack shows free shipping on the product page, but does not come up that way in the shopping cart?  What is up?  Free shipping would good.**
