When a decrease of resistance is needed to continue the drop set, simply lower weight to resting position, allow the Drop Set Pin to automatically disengage, and continue with your lower pre-set weight selection(s). Before ordering, please be sure to check equipment compatibility! This product must be used with a standard weight stack equipment that does not contain enclosed weight stacks with guards! The weight stack must accept selector pins that are 4" long and 5/16" diameter. Ensure that the weight stack holes accept this device by measuring the default weight stack pin. They are not to be used on weight assisted equipment such as the tricep dip/pull-up/chin-up machine.

**Q: Does this item ship to my physical address or PO box**
A: Why wouldn’t it be delivered to a P.O. box ??  

I’m sure it would be ... order it.  Only thing is with the weight stacks right in front of you in most machines now ,  it’s easy enough to drop the weight manually - but I still use mine. There is then NO break for the working muscles .

**Q: Can the pins spring be adjusted ? Mine are too sensitive and getbreleased as soon as movement begins.**
A: Performance Pins require constant tension which simply is: "slower, deliberate" movements: 2 second positive and 4 second negative. With proper weight selection and proper exercise form, Performance Pin will not eject until the weight stack is lowered to rest position when directions are followed. If you continue to have problems, please return for a refund.
