Review: Peaceful way to wake up – beautiful and effective - This sunrise alarm clock is amazing. The gradual light makes waking up feel natural and calm, instead of sudden and stressful. The sound options are relaxing, and the brightness levels are easy to adjust. It also works great as a night light and looks very nice on the bedside table. Easy to set up and great quality for the price. Highly recommended for better sleep and mornings!
Review: Good value, attractive and easy to use sunrise alarm clock - This is an excellent sunrise alarm clock for the price. As usual with made in China and sold only on desertcart products this one appears to be from the same factory as maybe a dozen other very similar clocks with different brand names. I ordered three different versions to try out, that all had exactly the same form and button layout and all arrived in exactly the same packaging, differing only by the brand name and the graphic design of the exterior package. That said, there were some differences in use and setup and this example was the best of the bunch. The main pluses are that the buttons layout on this model are much better labelled, the explanation of what the buttons do is much better presented and explained, and the color scheme of the case is more tasteful. It also has a good range of digital alarm, nature and white noise sounds. And, LAST BUT NOT LEAST: It's a miracle, but this clock came with an instruction manual that was actually written in standard understandable English -- not tortured, convoluted, bizarre Chinglish that even Google Translate would reject -- and the manual was clearly and logically organized to make using the clock very easy. My only two quibbles with the performance of this clock are: a) that I wish the lowest light starting point for the sunrise was dimmer, it is dim but in a dark room is maybe a bit too bright too start, and b) that they need to fix a glitch where when the sunrise comes on the digital number display goes to its next to brightest level and then has to be manually reset to a lower level, or off, if that's what you had it on before the alarm. It would be best if the clock just respected whatever dimmer setting had been set for the digital display, including off, and the sunrise starting did not interact with it one way or the other. That said, it's a nice sunrise alarm.

The Sunrise alarm clock sound machine offers a pleasant alternative to jarring traditional alarms. The gradual brightening of the light, mimicking a sunrise, is genuinely effective at easing you awake.
