These are versatile and work with everything I've used them for, rinse liquid away and add to stew, curry, spag bol etc... Will be buying again, i pay £2 a piece in the High St stores, so this offer of 6 for £9.99 is great and I don't have to worry if they have none in the shops, as they sell out so quick. Recommended. I gave them a rinse and dried them in a frying pan over a low heat. They had the usual konnyaku slightly rubbery texture, but when I had them with my meal (thai green curry) I really couldn't tell much difference between regular rice. The serving size was perfect for me too, you could probably share them between 2 people and still have enough. All in all I would recommend them to anyone on a low carb plan.
