I searched for the right balance of ingredients that have worked in the past on my carpal tunnel. Boswellia Serrata was on the top of my list. Also, Tumeric. In this product, the Tumeric is from an extract, much more effective than powder in pain relief. Also some other good pain remedies: Cat's Claw (extract), Ginger root (extract), Quercetin, and CoEnzymeQ10. Do your research before you choose the correct pain reliever. These folks have really put together the best natural substances. (See Genesis 1:29). Give it a few days and take at least twice a day, morning and night.

The directions on the bottle say that you can take up to two pills a day, but I only take one in the morning after breakfast and I'm well off for the day.
