**Q: Anyone tried adding this to Ramen noodles?**
A: I have added it to cooked pasta and it is great - since the chicken is small pieces you need to just toss lightly in the pasta.  This chicken is so great tasting and a perfect amount so  convenient to make 1 or 2 person amount.

A: Basically it's pre cooked chicken in a pouch, 80 calories 15 grams of protein it states cage free and it is ready to eat or heat so is good for a quick meal (diabetics) or traveling

**Q: Dose it need to be cooked? Or can you eat it right out the pack as is?**
A: You can eat it right out of the pack, as it is.  It is already cooked.

**Q: Are these pouches shipped sealed in a box within the shipping box?**
A: Yes. The 12 packs are sealed inside a box that is done at the factory by the StarKist company.

It's packaged chicken, but... great to make a quick and easy meal, or to add to a salad or a soup to give some extra protein.
