No problem with adhesion at all; in fact, I have to place it half on and half off my machine so I can EASILY flip the magnet. Otherwise, I have to "get a grip" to get it off. No one forgets to flip the sign due to its size. I really like the look!

The magnet is barely strong enough to stick to the dishwasher. It slides down and now my daughter can easily walk off with it. If the magnet was stronger, this item would be perfect.
