Those particles are made up of protein and fat. **Q: What happened to the same milk BUT with cream on top?** A: Non homogenized. Usually tastes better. **Q: Are the foods that the cows are eating tested to be Glyphosate Residue Free?** A: I don't trust the quality control. I was a regular consumer untill one day found brown things inside couple of sealed products and stopped using it afterwards. It is sad after spending so much money, there was a quality issues, which even regular organic milks don't. **Q: Can you use this milk to make cheese?** A: On first principles, there's no reason it would be different than grain-fed milk.
