**Q: whats the minimum cabinet space?**
A: Ideally a 33 inch cabinet is needed if you do not want to modify the cabinet.   If you are okay with sitting the sink flanges on the top of the cabinet walls, then it could fit into a 30 inch sink base. No room for clips on the left and right of the sink ,just the front and back.  The well of the sink is 28 inches, that is what you would need to clear.
