No instructions with this on how to use, so my daughter has not been able to use it yet. I guess we will have to google. Packaged in clear plastic bag so not really a great gift as my daughter did not know what it was.

hat den Vorteil, das man mit wenigen technischen Hilfsmitteln Dehnübungen durchführen kann. Die Schlaufen ziehen sich unter Zug nicht zusammen, was Abschnürungen verhindert. Das ist schon mal gut.  So wie auf dem Foto (Amazon) zu sehen, sehe ich den Gurt mehr als Unterstützung eine schon vorhandene Gelenkigkeit zu erhalten. Wer steif ist wie ne Bahnschranke, hilft der Gurt nicht. Der muss mit anderen Übungen anfangen. Ich bin aufgrund meines Sports (Taekwon-Do) sehr beweglich, aber in einer bestimmten Richtung nicht mehr so. Das geht jedem, der älter wird, so. Um die Beweglicheit mit diesem Gurt wieder zu erhöhen, sind am Anfang hohe Zugkräfte notwendig, da der (Bein-)Muskel erstmal nicht so mit will. Das kann man aber mit den Armen nicht lange halten. Damit kann die Übung nur kurz erfolgen, was den Trainingserfolg in Frage stellt. Es funktioniert nur, wenn man eine Möglichkeit hat, die Gegenschlaufe irgendwo fest einzuhängen.. und so frei zu stehen wie die Dame auf dem Foto geht mit wenig Beweglichkeit auch nicht. Stützt Euch mit dem Oberkörper zusätzlich ab, da mit ruckartigem Zug und damit einhergehende Gewichtsverlagerung zum ungewollten Umfallen führen kann.
