My bridle came with cracked, thin and very poor quality leather not the soft supple leather that was advertised. I contacted the seller and after three days I did not get a response. I didn't realize this was an imported bridle from India and unfortunately you get what you pay for. Amazon guarantees their products so luckily I believe I'm covered on this. I will stick with the American Amish made or a brand name bitless. What a waste of time and money. I took the time to post pictures as well to save you from the same mistake I made. UPDATE: Seller finally contacted me after I opened a claim. I received a refund and their response was that this was the first time they had a problem.
