Anyone who has suffered with this stubborn rash knows how difficult it is to find a solution! Over the course of months of this dealing with POD, I tried a prescription cream, African black soap, zinc soap, tea tree oil, grapefruit seed extract, Selsun Blue (which did help a lot with managing the extreme flaking from day to day, but didn't solve the problem), a clotrimazole cream, Lotrimin, stopped wearing makeup, and switched all of my beauty products and toothpaste to be free of SLS and fluoride. Many of these remedies would offer temporary relief, but after a day or two stopped working altogether. I have been using this cream for three days and it has helped so much. It is actually treating the rash, not just temporarily reducing the itchiness, inflammation, redness, and flaking. I even have the rash around my eyes, which is very uncomfortable, and this cream has helped tremendously. If you are dealing with POD, I can't recommend this cream enough. I wish I'd tried it sooner! So glad I found this so I didn't have to resort to long term antibiotics. For the record, I believe that my POD was caused by using a dermatologist prescribed steroid lotion for eczema around my mouth (which I strongly suspect was always POD and was misdiagnosed). Steroids are the WORST thing you can use to treat POD and when you discontinue use the rash rebounds and spreads. I really hope this helps someone out there who is struggling with this horrible rash! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS IS AMAZING. I have been battling a skin issue *by M***E on July 2, 2014* I have been meaning to leave a review on this. I literally waited 2 months, because I really wanted to make sure- it was working. THIS IS AMAZING. I have been battling a skin issue, NO DOCTOR NO DERMATOLOGIST. I never had acne- EVER, and all of a sudden , my skin started changed. Everyone said- hormones, I say they were too lazy to look into what was going on with me.It started kind of like an eczema rash, small, tight, burning itching red pimples. It later, turned into extremely weird sections of abscesses, with hair follicles of course stuck in them ( I assumed it was follicles ) I was wrong. I would get like gaping wholes, and boils, and it was HELL. My face would swell. With the boils, I thought it was MRSA, I was wrong again. I found out what I have is acne inversa- weird new time of auto immune skin issue. This is THE ONLY THING that has cleared it, and who ever invented this product, if I ever find you, I am going to hug you and kiss your feet, because your cream saved my face.SO THANK YOU. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing for skin rashes/folliculitis - works really well! *by L***2 on July 29, 2017* For anyone that has a skin problem/white heads from antibiotics on their face, this product is incredible -- it works overnight. I was one prednisone for an allergic reaction to shellfish, and the very next week I got strep throat and had to take Ammoxilillin, and the week after that a Z-pack because I had tonillitis (I was traveling a lot for work at the time and so I got everything under the sun). Anyway, I broke out in tiny white bumps all over my face and was freaking out because my skin is normally totally clear. I couldn't figure out what the rash was from. Upon doing research, I found out that I had what is essentially a yeast infection from all the medication on my face and oregano oil is an anti fungal and will make it go away. So I tried it (after trying much more expensive doctor prescribed creams that didn't work) and this derma e treatment cured my skin overnight. I noticed that if I didn't use it one night, the infection would come back overnight...so it's been about 4 weeks and I'm still using it but it works great. Highly recommend using it for any skin rashes, infections or acne.
