Great customer service .So I have used this brand and particular for several rolls and usually lover it as it was one of my go to beans and colors, probably because this is what I first started printing with. I have gone through probably 3-4 rolls of it. This last one had been a horrible experience. I opened a fresh package of the 3D Solutech Filament in silver. It was alright and seemed packaged ok. As I was trying to load it into my extruder it snapped, I thought ok that unusual. I noticed it was extremely stringy while it was printing and then snapped again while printing. I took it out and dried the roll in my Filament dryer. It seemed to help slightly but had it snap off again in mid print. I used a different roll of Filament to verify my machine wasn't the issue and it printed beautifully. I dried it again and had about failure. I am just passed my return window to send it back.3D Solutech, please make this right. A freshly opened roll of airtight for that was purchased 3 months ago should not act like this.
