A: Hi I am a plumber and if it just the black cover plate you can leave it off if it’s not on show as I’m assuming it’s enclosed in a cabinet I don’t have the black cover plate on the cistern in my house 👍

A: Reduce the height of the float and stop valve cut off.

**Q: does it come complete with all fittings ready to install**
A: yes, everything is ready to assemble. all the internal parts, flush plate and connecting pipe.

You will need a fitting to connect to the toilet and the water inlet connector
