## Description

Homax Popcorn Ceiling Texture is a non-asbestos spray-on ceiling texture that is easy to mix and safe to apply. Just add water to mix. Decorates, while concealing minor surface cracks and imperfections. One 13 lb. box covers up to 250 sq. ft.

Review: Looks just like the original popcorn finish - I had used a Homax pre-mixed popcorn repair mud once before and the texture was much finer and there was a significant difference in the texture. This dry mix package is more expensive, but there will be no waste as you can mix just the amount needed. Doing so is easy as mixing drywall mud: add water to a container, add the dry mix and stir. The size of texture pieces are a close match to my 1984 built home's ceilings. The mud is very easy to apply using a drywall putty knife. This container will cover lot of square feet, way more than I needed, but I will have plenty for the next ceiling repair job.

I had used a Homax pre-mixed popcorn repair mud once before and the texture was much finer and there was a significant difference in the texture. This dry mix package is more expensive, but there will be no waste as you can mix just the amount needed. Doing so is easy as mixing drywall mud: add water to a container, add the dry mix and stir.
