Pretty fast. This is a classic leather golf shoe with an very interesting bottom tread. That being said, these run wide, as do all British made shoes. However, they have a pretty thin sole cushion or insert and I removed it and put in an extra Adidas insole that I had to go with some Adidas Boost golf shoes. The insert is thicker and made it fit like a D width and they are now very comfortable. The sizing can be a little tricky: I normally wear a 9, but the European sizing for 9 is a 42, which is always a little small. I got the size 10 (euro 43), and they are just a touch too big. A 9 1/2 would have been perfect. These are nice shoes, very clean lines, and not too heavy. There will be a little breaking in period for the ankles. I played 18 with them out of the box, and while I have no blisters, I could feel where they were hitting my ankle bone.
