I have had neck issues for years. My traps were constantly rock solid and caused pain up the neck into headaches. I tried everything from physio, chiro, acupuncture. I saw this pillow recommended on a youtube video so I decided to give it a try. I have tried half a dozen pillows to fix my tight traps and sore neck prior and none worked. I can honestly say this was a life saver. I combined this pillow with a deep tissue massage and I noticed results in weeks! I will say, it comes pretty stiff and takes some getting use to, especially with the curve in the pillow which is intended to fit the proper curve of your neck. You have to sleep on your back for most of the night to get all the benefits but I do on occasion go to my side and the sides of the pillow are built to properly support your head. Is it actually comfortable to sleep on?** A: I suffered from headaches from my head scooting down a pillow at night pushing my chin to my chest, both on slide and back sleeping.
