Although I have tried various pillows, my backside, back, neck, llegs, etc, etc have continued to cause much pain. I am frequently readjusting my sitting position to find some comfort. I don’t want to complain, just to explain my situation, as surely many have. I finally ordered this pillow and was looking forward to receiving it. I did know memory foam would be firm, so I was not too surprised it was. I have gotten some relief, especially in the coccyx area, not as much as hoped for elsewhere I will continue to use it, but have now also ordered a microbead donut pillow for more softness and will try a memory foam with gel. Nothing may be perfect, but I am only looking for improvements. However, my class days are about 6-8 hours of sitting during lecture. My back was killing me the first day due to the hard plastic chairs. This cushion helps with that a lot. After sitting in it for a while it does get a good bit flattened where areas of pressure are, but it still had support and my back didn't hurt.
