I've made pumpkin, black velvet, apple cider, etc. flavored donuts with this mix as the base; a good glaze on top is also super easy to make them fancier or sweeter. It typically makes 10 donuts (I use a Wilton donut pan) per bag. They also freeze excellently and can be thawed out and eaten later, still tasting as good as new. I always reheat leftover donuts for 12-15 seconds in the microwave to make them nice and springy again.
