It's a little see through, so I wore a shaper underneath it to cover the bumps and lumps, you could still sort of see it, but it's nothing compared to how beautiful the dress made me feel. It's tight in the right places. It is long, I'm 5"4, 31 weeks pregnant and weigh 180 pounds. I bought the medium and it fit really good, this is a long dress, so unless you're very tall or knot it in the bottom, it's not to wear all day long.
