No monthly fee ### ⭐⭐ Cannot recommend *by B***E on May 12, 2026* It works to call 911. I tossed it on the bed and it called before I could cancel it. I like the no monthly fee. I feel safer knowing I can press the SOS button for help. However I have fallen 3 times and it did not call. I have accidentally dropped it and it has not called. So if I am unconscious I would be in trouble. The SkyAngel company told me the sensitivity is set to avoid nuisance calls.
