Don’t hesitate to buy these!
I have struggled with PMS since I first started my period when I was a teen. I am Incredibly moody vacillating between anger and tears for at least three days before my period. It is awful for me and my family. I started taking these and the first month there was no difference. The second month my period came and my husband said to me, “What?!? What happened?!? No evil twin sister this month?” The third month came and went with the same result-very little PMS symptoms. I am now in my fourth month and will continue to take them and have been recommending it to all my friends. I do the same here and strongly recommend you take it for 3 months before you decide.

High hopes for this products. Been looking for this forever ! But the price is a little bit too much for everyday supplements.

Helps with hormonal madness!
A great supplement to help with pms and easier periods. I suffered from adult acne which I think was partly hormonal. For me this supplement was great option as I did not want to try birth control pills.

Didn't think these would alleviate my awful pms but after 3 months of taking i wouldn't be without them! They definitely take the nasty symptoms down

Made me feel exhausted, dizzy. Maybe because I have hypothyroidism
I really wanted to like this product and for it to solve my pmt symptoms, but I took at at the start of my cycle (when I usually don't have symptoms) and I felt fatigued. I stuck with it for a about 10 days. I gradually felt more and more fatigued, flat in mood and so dizzy yesterday that I had to stop. I don't think it's a coincidence. I think it might be because I have hypothyroidism and this product contains seaweed, which is a bit high in iodine- I've heard that sometimes there can be an interaction. Sad that this wasn't a cure!

I take these every day and I notice a difference when I forget. These were recommended to me by a nutritionist and without them I suffer really badly with pms type symptoms. Perfect if you're going through the peri stage.
