I could feel a little bumpy texture but there was no redness or anything. After a week or so, my skin adjusted and it’s been a great product ever since. I’m all about lotions and creams to keep my whole body well moisturized and this is as good a product as any for your neck. I’m 39 and don’t have a lot of sagging on my neck at this time so I can’t speak to that part of this creams claim but I’m happy to use it as a preventative measure. I knocked 1 star off because there is a bit of a weird smell to this that was not present in the bottles I got off TikTok Shop.
